Computer says limited access?

For about a year, my family has been using the E1000 cisco wireless router, and a while ago it stopped allowing us to connect to the internet wirelessly, and it would say "unidentified network limited access". at first it was only the computers in the house, but i could still connect to the internet using my ipod and xbox 360. so i was searching with my ipod a bunch of ways to fix the problem and then one of the solutions was to reset the router, which i did, but then i was unable to connect to the internet with the xbox or the ipod. Eventually we lost the ability to connect while wired, but that was fixed by restoring te computer to an earlier date. we brought the E2000 cisco modem today, but we still get the same errors, and we still can connect to the network. Any suggestions?

Question/Opinion needed on 11 yr old's anxiety meds........?

my 11 year old has severe anxiety and weather phobia. Bad for last 6 mos or so. She sees psychologist (great guy) 2 times week and sees child psychiatrist who follows her regularly for meds. She is extremely afraid of wind, clouds, and T-storms. Never been in bad situation -- doctors think may be jormonalor brain chemistry, but she acts a lot like post-traumatic stress disorder. No one has been able to pinpoint the trigger - normal child in stable family and always high achieving. No she can hardly go outside! She had very bad reaction to both prozac and zoloft, got very agressive and had to stop them. Now on respiradol (stabilized her with no bad effects so far) and they started buspar low dose. I think she needs higher dose. Still rigidly afraid of going outside, and can only succeed in this with a lot of coaxing. Mom and Dad are exhausted!!! Any ideas??

sorry, but doing sit ups isn't going to cut it. you have to add cardio to your exercise regime to slim down all over. that way you can tone up your body. I'd say hit the gym, sweat it out at least 4 -5 days a week. don't forget to add resistance training to burn more fat as well. best of luck.

I am working out daily and need some advice for abd. exercises.?

I have great legs, great but and great but my down fall is my abd. Always lok a little bit pregnant. I am 5'6 and weigh 158 pounds. I go to the gym daily 30 minutes on treadmill, 100 crunches, 50 straight leg raises holding 10 seconds just above the ground (ouch) abd. twist with a medicine ball. I use all the machines I can, leg abduction and abduction, leg curls, back leg curls, back flexon and extension. and any other machine I can use with out using my arms. I have 2 tears in my right rotator cuff and cannot do arm exercises per dr orders. I am on a 1200 calorie a day diet and have only lost 4 pounds in the last 3 weeks. I need to get firmer and better before a wedding in one month. Does anyone have any other ideas out there? I use a program on my Iphone called My fitness pal which helps me to keep track of calories in and used in exercise. Don't let those change the 1200 in. Help! Your dog is a lot smaller so it should be easier to keep her still. lay her down and keep her on her side. So just keep her still or as long as the crate is in the house she should be fine. As soon as we fed my dog though the seizures seemed to stop so I don’t know if that might work. Married women who physically seperated from your husband...what made you decide to come back?

My wife of two and a half years moved out 40 days ago. I have only heard from/seen her half a dozen times or so, but all of the face to face meetings have been at her request (meaining she has never directly agreed to see me because I asked although she knows I want to be with her. I feel stronlgy that she still holds some feelings for me, but we have both been stubborn and ugly to each other for the last few months. Mostly because of school/work and other outside pressures. Its like ive always got some sort of bug or something and am feeling poorly. I dont smoke, rarely drink and dont take drugs. I moved back in with my dad about a year ago, because me and my mom were going crazy under the same roof, while i thought it was going to be slightly better, but was completly wrong. My dad's a "Strong Christian", i am not a beliver. That's practically all he can talk about, i recently let him know how i felt about god and everything because i couldn't take going around with that faulty front. He's always been a very strict person, before we had a bit of a father daughter relationship, but i think that by me not being on the same page as him as far as religion goes brought us apart a lot. We don't have much of any kind of bond now, i try to talk to him about his work or something the little that i can, but he does not seem to give an interest as to me caring about anything. Well I'll give an example. My aunt is a trainer at a 24 hour fitness gym, and I've been wanting to get a membership at one for awhile, so I told my dad that me and my cousin were going to the gym one day to go workout & he said okay be back before 7:00 pm. When we got there they asked if i wanted to try the 14 days free and get a card, of course i said yeah, so i signed up. the next day I brought up with my dad about how i wanted a membership there i told him the monthly price which was 30$ with a parent if your under 18 which i am & i mentioned that he wouldn't have to do any driving at all because my aunt goes everyday for a few hours and she would take me, but before i could finish explaining everything he said NO. and then i asked why and he hesitated to answer, but said well it's too much money, my dad has never complained about something being too much money, especially something for 30$... well a week before this happened he had asked me if i wanted to join soccer and i said maybe, well just the sign up for soccer would be 65$, plus a ball and cleets and gas to drive to all the practices and the pictures and everything else. so I asked him well then why'd you ask me if i wanted to join soccer if that would cost more then this? he said okay fine it's not because of the money, I don't need to explain myself that's my answer don't ask me again. I was very upset so i just went to my room and thought it over, in the morning i brought it up with my stepmom and shared with her how ridiculous I thought he sounded & how i really wanted to get a membership there because I wanted to stay in shape and i just liked working out and how it was something else to do during the day since i only had to go to school once a week for a couple hours. And she agreed and thought i had valid points and how she thought i should politley try bringing it up once more with my father and in a detailed way explain why i thought he was being un reasonable. My last name is Vincent, and my family is predominantly Irish. My father's parents came from to the Midwestern US from Newfoundland, Canada after living there. My, just turned five year old, was caught stuffing handfuls of toilet paper down the toilet at school which consequently blocked the toilet and required the services of a plumber. His Teacher spoke to me about it in front of him, he has been repremanded by her and by me, I have asked him to explain why he did it and taken away favourite toys. Where do I go from here? My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 2 years and have been living together for almost as long. What's wrong with my belly on?

I got it pierced in May, it was infected for about a week in July. It cleared up and besides that it's been perfect and I'm still cleaning it regularly. Well, now...not all the time just sometimes...when I change the ring (I'll have it out for like 10 seconds) I can't get it through. There's a little fleshy/squishy thing inside and when I press down it comes out but then goes back in and its hard to take it out, its like stuck to me.
