Approximately how much will it?

There are stairs leading up to the attic from the second story of the house. It needs new floors, insulation, ventilation, and drywall. I would also like to add a few dormers for more head space. I know I am probably leaving some things out. I have never done a project like this before. I am not against contracting work but things that can be DIY may be cheaper.
