What can we give our doctor friends who do not let us pay for consultation?

we have a lot of doctor friends and all of them do not allow us to pay for consultation. there are a lot of times that they even give us sample medicines for us to take home to help minimize meds expense. what can we give them besides a thank you, (card) to show our appreciation?
