Female Monologue Suggestions?

Whatever you do, do NOT do Romeo and Juliet. It is incredibly over done and I'm sure your teacher might be sick of hearing it. The character of Rosalind from As You Like It, is a good one. I'm doing that at college for my preparation for audition unit. There's also Educating Rita by Willy Russell, I'm doing that also. Try for one of the lesser known/done Shakespeare pieces for more originality. Good luck
