Which opticians in the UK are offering free sight tests?

I am not entitled for free eye tests but Boots want me to have a normal eye test (�20) before having a contact lens consultation (another �20). I remember a while ago I had a sight test for free with no purchase obligation and I want to find the same deal, as I do not need frames right now.
