Where to have a very small business reception in downtown Cincinnati?

I need to plan a small business reception (drinks) after work on November 24. I need a place that is very close to the Carew Tower/Tower Center Mall/Fountain Square- walking distance would be best. We would just need a small area with alcohol and appetizers, which separate from where regular patrons would be, as we will be discussing business. What would you recommend?
