Should this molester go to jail?

I was molested from the age of 8-9. I got it to stop by telling my mom, because i have this situation where he's my step brother. Im 15 now, and he's 19. He molested me for about a year. He still randomly comes around the house, (because hes moved out now.) i hate when he tries to talk to me like nothings wrong. He expects me to hug him when he comes around, but i can never get out of it. I hate him. I've always wanted to confront him about it, but i can't get myself to do it. I hate him. I hate him so much. So, should my step brother, my molester, go to jail?
