Why do some people always complain about what we write?

or how it's put ' when they have yet to ask any questions and the ones they answer are just nasty and rude ; when there's no call for it at all.Just because they can hide behind their family's computer doesn't give them a right to hurt as many as they can.I see many youngsters who ask serious questions and some are having it hard now days and some jerks like these answer as hurtful as possible and it really stinks and reeks of cowardliness. what do you think?
