so i just booked my flight to long beach cali and im SO SCARED im coming from Vermont and its a pretty long flight (4 hours) I get so nervous that i cant eat the whole day or do anything (except get clammy hands and shake alot) . Looking out the window helps some how.. but i absolutely HATE turbulence i usually start to cry when it happens. I know im so pathetic! But i had a really bad flight once through a thunderstorm, where the plane dropped 200 feet so ever since then ive been petrified.. :( please help!!!!
