I have had l dryness, itching and pain for a couple of months now.?

The pain is getting worse especially around the oris..in fact I'm in agony. The dryness is just terrible and I feel like I have a million cuts all over my . My Doctor has been of no help and I can barely function at the moment. I am not ually active at this time but I have used a vibrator and I'm wondering if I could be allergic to that? Any help would be appreciated?
