Anyone worked with an ASM program?

anyone know any sites where i can get hel to understand how to do this program, im doing it for my coursework at college, i know what it does, my teacher has explained it in alot of detail but as far as my brain goes it didnt take it all in and i just need alittle help, can anyone help me
