When is someone going to give up a draft pick for Michael Turner of the Chargers?

He has proven he has the ability to be a game changer and he is waisting away behind LT. There are so many teams which need a RB such as the Texans, Raiders, Vikings, and Giants. Many teams he would be an upgrade like Jaguars, Titans, Lions, Steelers, and Browns. Why does no one seem interested?
