I met this guy today and Ive liked him a while but was in a relationship, but his ex is pregnant?

I took my daughter down to meet her dad and went a walk with him round the park and then he was going one way i was going another but later on that day i got a text from this guy saying he was taking how dog a walk and did he want to meet me so we had planned to kind of meet but bang into him as if it was an accident. I met him five minutes after leaving my ex and he pushed the pram cause there was a big hill had a hold of my daughter, my ex knows him but not as a pally pal. I really like this guy we talked ect. Never kissed as much as i wanted to he told me he didnt no whether to or not incase he made an **** of himself and i didnt want to. But the only problem is his ex is pregnant nearly 2 month and he just wants to know whats happening between them cause she split up from him but she wont talk to him. But hes 22 am 18 it works better and she has only just turned 16 he said if she wasnt pregnant he would tell her where to go. I know he likes me he generally does and if him and her dont fix things he wants to start seeing me but he wants to fix things for his child ive told him staying in a relationship for a baby is stupid but thats his choice hel learn from mistakes. We both really like each other but im not sure what to say to him about it all. Were meeting again but I just dont know what to do? On the other hand i still have feelings for my ex and would like to work things out but i do really like this guy am just lost HELP!!!
