Question/Opinion needed on 11 yr old's anxiety meds........?

my 11 year old has severe anxiety and weather phobia. Bad for last 6 mos or so. She sees psychologist (great guy) 2 times week and sees child psychiatrist who follows her regularly for meds. She is extremely afraid of wind, clouds, and T-storms. Never been in bad situation -- doctors think may be jormonalor brain chemistry, but she acts a lot like post-traumatic stress disorder. No one has been able to pinpoint the trigger - normal child in stable family and always high achieving. No she can hardly go outside! She had very bad reaction to both prozac and zoloft, got very agressive and had to stop them. Now on respiradol (stabilized her with no bad effects so far) and they started buspar low dose. I think she needs higher dose. Still rigidly afraid of going outside, and can only succeed in this with a lot of coaxing. Mom and Dad are exhausted!!! Any ideas??
