Whats up with all the black boxers these days?

We'll Mayweather is still undefeated and the 2nd P4P ranker at the moment. We also have Sugar Shane Mostley, Paul Williams, Tim Bradley who are dominating on their own weight divisions. So Black Boxers are still dominating the sport but not all divisions tho.
