Had protected once on the 16th?

last period on started on the 6th or 7th. had protected on the 16th condom did not break used spermacidal lube condom then a week later i get my normal PMS symptoms, acne irritability fatigue etc. I think I have a somewhat normal 23 day cycle but I think I ovulate late because this tuesday 1/27 i felt a twinge of pain on my lower left side which happens once a month for me. some cramping started yesterday but for some reason im extremely paranoid that i am pregnant and im even losing sleep tonight over this. HELP!??!
