REGION CHANGER FOR WII GAMES?

Is there any way of changing a PAL game i downloaded into a US form game? you ahev alot more Pal games than NTSC adn i used brick blocker to stop the file from bricking my wii but the game didnt work when i put it in. The file was Indiana Jones Lego and it was extracted at 4.37 GB perfect. Is there a program to change the region of wii games?
