Rotational speed?

They both have same rotational speed: one revolution per 24 hours, but the one on the equator has greater linear vilocity since he travles bigger distance for each revolution for the same time, 24 hours ( the cirference of the earth at the equator is bigger than any where eles of the rest of the planet)
