If Iraq Doesn't Turn out the Way We Want, Do We Overthrow Their Government Again?

If it doesn't work out, we won't have to overthrow the government. The Iraqis will do it for us. We might re-overthrow the government in favor of the previous failed one in the hopes that they might have learned something, but who knows.
