Do I need an overcoat now in West Chester (Philadelphia)?

I will have an interview in West Chester, PA (near Philadelphia, in case you are not familiar with Wester Chester) this coming Monday / Tuesday. I live in CA and have no concept about the current weather in West Chester. I checked the temperature is between 40-50, do I need an over coat for this weather? Thanks for answering.
